PAC has been observing
the market for Application Management in France, Britain and the USA - all of
which are acting as early adaptors in this field - for some time now. The interest
manifested by users (whose activities are currently driven mainly by the urge
to reduce costs) as well as providers (who strive to make efficient use of their
resources and who target long-term projects, etc.) has induced us now to undertake
a detailed analysis of the German market for Application Management.
In the framework
of this study, we will lead a number of face-to-face interviews with IT providers
as well as users in this environment. Our goal is to provide you with a market
